I am turning in my sabbatical material tomorrow. Wish me luck. I hope that it will be enough to get a semester off after 21 years of teaching, 12 of them at NWACC. I need the time to write and with two kids and a very time-consuming job, I am just not getting the time to write. It occurs to me that the members of the committee who decide on the sabbaticals just might read this so if you do, please post a comment. Thanks.

Ooops! Was so excited that I misspelled sabbatical. And you thought being subjected to my typing skills would end once you didn't have to read my stories anymore. ;)
Thanks, Missy. I am hoping it all goes through smoothly this time. I modified my proposal but it didn't go through last time so you never know what is going to happen.
The sabbatical has cleared the committe and now has to be approved by the Extended Cabinet and the Board of Trustees but all looks good!!!! YAAAAAAAAA
